Sacred transitions coaching blends the psychology, coaching, spirituality and somatic work to create a powerful, effective way of changing how you see yourself and the possibilities in life.
Individual sessions are available to receive one to one attention and concentrated time. Each client's focus and personality are considered in the creation of their session design. Together, we will explore what works best for you - working with positive psychology, somatic body sensory processing, intuitive talk, breath work, gestalt, yoga, spiritual focus, meditation, coaching and integration. We will co-create and develop the right recipe for energizing, regenerating, and propelling you for transformation.
Sessions are offered in weekly 50 minute time periods and bi-monthly (twice a month) 75 minute sessions. Weekly sessions work well for people who are in need of recent contact to get through challenges and get things moving forward. Bi-monthly sessions are better for people who are ready for more independent practice with longer sessions to continue deepening the progress and keep up the momentum.
