You irrevocably agree that if, Sacred Transitions, Inc. (the “Company”) accepts you (the “Client”) into the Membership/Retreat/Program (The “Program”) as a participant, then this The Program Agreement (The “Agreement”) automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the company, and applies to your participation in the program. You are acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version at the address you provide us.
You understand that this will be a collaborative, professional relationship of equals, as in a partnership, where mutual respect, courtesy and consideration are expected. Due to the virtual and in person nature of the partnership, you understand the importance of communication, especially email, Facebook group and agrees to respond to questions, requests and communications from the Program staff in a timely manner. Client understands that the Company is a business with other clients to serve, and requires fair, realistic notice in order to attend to requests.
Office Hours and Communications:
At the time of signing, office hours are Monday through Friday 10:00am-4:00pm Mountain Standard Time.Email is the primary form of communication between the Client and the Company, except for scheduled one to one video sessions. Text or phone may be used only for emergencies.
Payment Options and Policies:
You authorized the Company to charge your credit card or debit cards, or cash your check, as agreed with your salesperson or indicated when you completed your payment at Katedow/sign-up.com, or in paypal, or woo-commerce as a payment for your participation in the membership/retreat/program in the Program. Furthermore, you agree that you are responsible for a full payment of fees for the entire course of the program, and regardless of whether you have selected the lump sum or the partial payment plan. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all payments must be paid on a timely basis.
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, are accepted and payment is processed through Square or Paypal when due. Client is required to keep a valid credit card on file to charge any recurring fees. Client is responsible for keeping all credit cards details and contact information current, be emailing email@example.com of any changes. All recurring fees are automatically invoices and charges to the credit card on file on the date of initial agreement. Payment receipts are available upon request.
Insufficient funds for declined credit card payments will be charged $40.00 fee. Late payments not received by due date will result in program cessation. The Company reserves the right to refuse continuation in the program until past due balances are paid in fullIf client elects to leave program prior to completion, payments will not be refunded.
Agreements of Cooperation and Privacy:
We are committed to providing all Program participants with a positive Program experience. You agree that the Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of the remaining payment if you become disruptive, or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow the Program guidelines or if you impair the participation of the program instructors or participants.
We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. You agree not to violate the publicity or private rights of any Program participant. We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same of fellow Program participants and of the Company.
By checking the box below that reads “I agree to the terms and conditions” you agree (1) not to infringe on any Program participant’s or the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right, (2) that any confidential Information shared by the Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or the Company, (3) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during the Program sessions. By checking the box that reads “I agree to the terms and conditions”, below you further agree that (4) all materials and information’s provided to you buy the Company, may only be used by you as authorized by the company and (5) the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone other than the Company is strictly prohibited. Further, by checking the box that reads “I agree to the terms and conditions”, you agree that, if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this document, the Company and /or the other Program participants will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
We have made every effort to accurately represent the Program and its potential. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on many factors, including her background, dedication, desire and motivation. You acknowledge that as with any business endeavor there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will implement the teachings and be successful in your business or life. By checking the box that reads ‘I agree to the terms and conditions” below, you also acknowledge that you have represented to the Company that payment of your Program membership fees will not place a significant burden on you or your family.
