Our Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our products and services, which include; downloadable videos, digital documents, worksheets and tools, and/or streaming videos, online memberships and subscriptions, as well as live events and client interactions both online and face to face, as a rule and unless otherwise stated in the terms of purchase for any particular product or service, all fees payable and due are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Our digital information products are delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved and payment processed via our secure online payment gateway, your order will be processed and a confirmation email and download link will be sent to you. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
Users are permitted a reasonable number of downloads from our server, however, download abuse is not permitted and we reserve the right to terminate User’s access to our download servers when abuse is detected.
Waiver of Cooling off Period
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, under international Consumer Contract Regulations, Digital Downloads are not classified as goods or services and are given their own unique category and because our online products are digital goods delivered via Internet downloads we generally offer no refunds.
As such, when purchasing a digital or downloadable product from our website, you expressly agree to waive the seven (7) to fourteen (14) day cooling off period, whichever applies to the Consumer Protection Act in your territory, before being permitted to download purchased content. If for any reason such cooling off period may apply, you accept that any digital content will not be accessible, or downloadable by you, until such cooling off period has expired.
Any refund requests made after you have purchased and downloaded our products, where no guarantee has been offered, are handled on a case by case basis and are approved or declined, within reason, at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made in writing within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date. Refund requests can be submitted via our ‘Contact Us’ page.
Money Back / Satisfaction Guarantees
For certain downloadable products, we may offer a money back or satisfaction guarantee that expires after a specified time frame. The terms of the guarantee will be specified on the product sales page and in the email confirmation you receive, or at a specified URL, after your purchase has been completed.
If you are unhappy with your purchase within the guarantee period, you can submit a refund request to our support team via the ‘Contact Us’ page and we’ll review your request and process your refund as soon as possible, provided your request is within the terms of the guarantee offered. Please allow up to 21 working days for refunds to be processed.
If your digital download is faulty or unfit for the use intended, please notify us and we will endeavor to rectify and replace the faulty product as quickly as possible.
Payments and Fees
The user agrees to pay the fees charged by the Company in respect of the particular service or product which the User wishes to obtain for the applicable term pertaining thereto. The Company’s reserves the right to change the fee and/or the term or any other aspect relating to any particular service or product upon, and with effect from, the posting of a notice on the Website. Subject to the Company’s Refund Policy, all fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
If the User cancels a No Fee Trial before it expires, the User’s credit/debit card will not be charged. If the User does not cancel before expiration of the No Fee Trial, the User will automatically be enrolled in the appropriate membership, subscription or service contract (depending on the User’s No Fee Trial sign-up choice), and the User’s credit/debit card will be billed accordingly. If the User receives a gift subscription, the User shall not be required to provide the User’s billing information.
When purchasing a group coaching program, membership or subscription service (the Program”) you are authorizing the Company to charge your approved credit card each month for the fee agreed to, over the term of your Program or until your Program expires or is cancelled.
Recurring charges are billed in advance of service. The User agrees to provide the Company duly appointed e-commerce provider with valid, up-to-date and complete debit/credit card, contact and billing details. The User further authorizes the Company to bill such debit/credit card as and when appropriate for the fee due for the applicable term or renewal thereof as the case may be. If, for any reason, the User’s credit/debit card company refuses to pay the amount billed for the Services, the User agrees that the Company may, at its option, suspend or terminate the User’s account, program access to the Services and require the User to pay the overdue amount by other means acceptable to the Company. The Company may charge a fee for the reinstatement of suspended or terminated accounts. The User agrees that until its subscription to the Services is properly terminated, it will continue to accrue charges for which it remains responsible, even if it does not use the Services. In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, the User agrees to reimburse the Company for any and all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorney fees and other legal expenses. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all fees are stated in United States dollars. The user can send a request to support via our ‘Contact Us’ page.
The User shall be responsible for all applicable sales, use, transfer or other taxes and all duties, whether international, national, state, or local, however designated, which are levied or imposed by reason of the transaction contemplated hereby, excluding, however, income taxes on profits which may be levied against the Company
Online Courses and Programs
Online Courses and Programs we provide are delivered over an extended period of time (I.e. over a number of months) and may include downloadable content, live online events (E.g. Webinars), access to restricted member areas, interactive forums and other content. These Courses and Programs are sold as a package and participation cannot be cancelled and no refunds are permitted once the Course content has been accessed or downloaded (partially or entirely) or the Program has commenced, whichever applies.
Users may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase provided the User has not accessed or downloaded the Course content, or the Scheduled Program has not yet commenced, whichever applies.
Membership or Subscription Services
Recurring Member or Subscription services purchased can be cancelled at any time by giving written notice of your cancellation, but not less than seven (7) days before your next Membership or Subscription payment is due.
Cancellation requests can be sent to our support team via our ‘Contact Us’ page, or via your User Account where applicable. Details of how you can manage your Membership or Subscription account and payment options will be sent to you via email when you purchase the service. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before your next payment is due, will be processed the following month. (I.e. after the next payment is made) We do not offer refunds on Membership or Subscription services already provided or currently being provided.
Extended Membership or Subscription services paid for in advance, where a discount on the Monthly fee has been provided, are non-refundable. Note: Online Courses and Programs excludes Group Business Coaching programs (see below for details)
Bookings for Live Public Events (E.g. Seminars, Talks, Programs, etc) hosted by the Company, held anywhere in the world, can be cancelled at any time prior to the event, however refunds for any cancellations are subject to the following restrictions:
More than 30 days prior to Event start date
15 to 30 days prior to Event start date
Less than 15 days prior to Event start date
Private Life/Business Coaching contracts exceeding one (6) month in duration, can be cancelled at any time, provided no less than seven (7) days written notice is given to the Company before your next Coaching fee is due. Cancellation requests can be sent via our ‘Contact Us’ page.
Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before your next Coaching fee is due, will be effective from the following month (i.e. after the next payment is made).
We do not offer refunds for Coaching already provided or currently being provided.
If full payment for Coaching agreement was made in advance, for the full term of the contract, or for a certain portion of the contract term, should you elect to cancel the remaining term of the Coaching Contract, and provided the required notice period for cancellations has been adhered to and communicated in writing, we will approve a pro-rata refund of the remaining Coaching (I.e. months paid for, but not used), less any discounts applied to your advance payment.
E.g. If you received a discount on the monthly Coaching fees of $100 per month, by paying these fees in advance, the discounted amount will be added back to your original invoice and applied retroactively to Coaching months already completed, reducing your total refund by $100 (or whatever discount provided) multiplied by the number of Coaching months completed.
Online Group Business Coaching
Online Group Coaching is limited to a small group of individuals, which means the number of participants is restricted and once program attendance has reached capacity, no further participants can join that particular Group Coaching Program.
Due to these restrictions, once your booking is made and payment is processed, no cancellations or refunds are permitted, before or during the program, unless your cancellation request is submitted in writing to the Company no less than 30 days before the Group Coaching program commences, in which case you will receive a full refund. Please allow up to 21 working days for your refund to be processed. Cancellation requests can be sent via our ‘Contact Us’ page.
When booking your place on our Group Business Coaching program, you expressly agree to waive the seven (7) to fourteen (14) day cooling off period, whichever applies to the Consumer Protection Act in your territory, and you agree to our refund and cancellation policy.
In-house Company Events, Training Programs, Seminars, Guest Speaking, Strategic Retreats etc. booked with the Company are subject to specific cancellation and refund terms and conditions detailed in the service agreement drawn up, which are discussed and agreed with corporate clients prior to engagement.
